Troubleshooting

If something isn’t working as expected, find your symptom below and apply the suggested solution. For limitations that are by design, see Known Limitations. If you still need help, see Support.

Connection Issues

”Connection refused”Ensure OBS is running and the WebSocket server is enabled.
”Authentication failed”Check that the password matches the OBS settings (case-sensitive).
No scenes showingClick “Refresh Data” after connecting.

Feature Issues

Virtual camera won’t startEnsure the OBS virtual camera is installed (OBS 26+).
Replay buffer won’t saveEnable the replay buffer in OBS Settings → Output first.
Volume not updatingClick “Refresh Data” to fetch the latest audio info.
Trigger volume not workingCheck bTriggerEnabled, the conditions, and the actor class filter.
Media seek not workingEnsure the source is a media type (VLC, Media Source).
