The summoning circle

A place for curious tests. This one is a real-time WebGL scene.

A moonlit summoning circle strings up a marionette doll of stars, over a shallow pool of luminous ink. Drag to orbit and scroll to zoom. Sweep your cursor across the circle to trail sumi-e ink that blooms and drifts, and click it for a ripple and a mirror-symmetric inkblot. Grab the doll and pull to swing it like a real marionette. It bleeds ink into the pool below, and weeps a little on its own.
